1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the ac998 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. No person under the age of 21 may open or use an account on this platform.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself; operating an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you have a previously closed or suspended account on ac998, you may not open a new account.
• Each user may hold only one account; maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. ac998 reserves the right to cancel an account if incorrect information is provided.

• Personal information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• If any registration details change, please notify the support team promptly.
• If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, inform ac998 support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳37,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only — not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only; bonus rates for subsequent deposits may differ.
• The welcome bonus is given only once per account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned through a bonus.
• ac998 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

14 General Provisions
